Our office is located over in Davangere, at Door No-2923 on 5th Main. We are right in the MCC B Block area. It’s a pretty standard spot on 2nd Cross. At Ceo Talent Search Pvt Ltd, we don’t have any of those flashy signs or big glass lobbies you see in the city. It’s a more low-key environment here. We have a few desks set up and some shelves filled with folders that have been there for a long time. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Usually, we are busy looking through files and making calls to people. Davangere is a bit quieter than the big metros, which we like, though the power can be a bit spotty in the afternoons sometimes. We have a small table in the corner where we sit for lunch or just to take a break from the screens. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. Most of the furniture was moved in from a previous office. We know the neighbors pretty well since we’ve been here for a while now. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to keep the records straight. There’s always someone coming or going, but mostly it’s just quiet work. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't complicate things. The fan makes a little clicking noise but it keeps us cool enough during the day.
