We operate out of G2 in the Annapoorneshwari Niwas building, right on 18th Main in HAL 2nd Stage. Kodihalli is a pretty good spot in Bangalore, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. Our office isn't very large, but it's enough for what we need at Ceo Search Global. We spend most of our time searching for people and making calls. It’s a lot of talking and looking through lists. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most of the time, you’ll find us in casual clothes with coffee mugs nearby. We’ve been in this part of town for a while and have seen the shops around us change. The building itself is a bit older, which gives it some character. We have a few plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water, though they seem to survive anyway. It’s a human place. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting who was supposed to call who, but we fix it eventually. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy talk in our emails. We just try to find the right people for the jobs we have on our list. It’s steady, focused work. When the rains come, we usually have to move some things away from the window, but we like the sound of it on the roof.
