Century Systems

Our office is tucked away on Nagasandra Cambridge Road, right across from Reliance House in Ulsoor. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, and if you know the area, you know how the traffic gets around here in the evenings. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. Inside, there are usually computers being worked on and wires everywhere. It’s not a very tidy place, but we know where everything is. The staff mostly keeps to themselves, typing away or checking parts. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out some of the honking from the street. Lunch usually comes from one of the small eateries nearby, and we eat at our desks more often than we should. The building itself is older, so the stairs creak a bit when people come up. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some calendars and old posters on the walls. It feels like a real workspace. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the rain starts and everyone stays indoors. Then we just catch up on the paperwork or organize the spare parts bin. It’s a steady routine. We see the same people passing by every morning on their way to work. Being opposite Reliance House makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful since Cambridge Road can get confusing.
