We are located at 60/A on I B Patel Road in JP Nagar. It’s a corner spot that we’ve had for a while. Mostly, we deal with mobile phones and all the little bits that go with them. I started this place with a friend after we both worked in larger electronics stores. We wanted something of our own where we didn't have to wear uniforms or follow a script. It’s just a normal shop. We fix screens, replace batteries, and sell some used phones when we have them in stock. The back room is where we spend most of our time with the soldering irons. It can get a bit messy with all the wires and spare parts lying around. People from the offices nearby often drop their phones off during lunch and pick them up after work. We try to be quick, but some repairs take more time than others. We don’t do any big promotions. Most people find us because they live nearby or a friend told them we were okay. JP Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. We just stay inside and work on the hardware. It’s a decent way to make a living. We’ve seen phones change a lot since we started. Every year they get harder to open up, but we figure it out eventually. We usually keep some chargers and basic headphones on the counter for people.
