You can find us over by Goragunta Palya, specifically near the Mahatma Pule Museum on Bhole Road in Shivajinagar. It’s a loud part of town, always something going on outside the door. We have been here for a while, selling phones and fixing them when they break. The shop floor is tiled and a bit cracked in the corners, but it’s clean enough. We have a lot of those glass cabinets where we keep the handsets. Most people come in looking for a deal, and we spend a lot of time talking about specs and prices. I’m usually behind the counter, and my colleague handles the technical stuff in the small room at the back. We get a lot of students and people working in the nearby shops coming in. The museum nearby brings some tourists too, though they usually just want a local SIM or a charging cable they forgot at home. We have a big clock on the wall that’s about five minutes fast, which helps us stay on schedule. It’s not a fancy showroom like the ones in the big malls, just a practical place to get your phone sorted. We don't use any big marketing gimmicks. We just open up, serve whoever walks in, and go home when the sun sets. It’s simple and it works for us.
