Cauvery Crafts Emporium

You can find Cauvery Crafts Emporium tucked away in the basement of the Vasavi Temple building. Our address is No. 66 on the service road in Apeksha Enclave, near Mahavir in Vijaya Nagar. Being downstairs means it stays nice and cool, which is good when you’re looking through all the items we have. We stock a lot of different crafts, many of them made from wood, brass, or stone by local artisans. It’s not a very big space, and it’s filled from floor to ceiling with statues, wall hangings, and small trinkets. You might find a little bit of dust here and there, but that’s because we have so many things tucked away on the shelves. People often stumble upon us after they’ve been to the temple or while they’re walking along the service road. We don't have any loud music or bright flashing signs. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place to spend some time looking around. We’ve been running this shop for many years, and we know the stories behind many of the pieces we sell. We aren't here to give you a big sales talk; we just let the work of the craftsmen speak for itself. It feels a bit like a hidden cave full of treasures. Vijaya Nagar is a busy area, but once you come down the stairs to our shop, everything feels much slower and more relaxed. It is just a small local collection of things.
