Catalyst Consultancy is tucked away in Jayanagar, which is one of the older and nicer parts of Bangalore. We really like being in this neighborhood because it has a lot of trees and it feels a bit more like the old Bangalore compared to the newer parts of the city. Our office isn't some high-tech hub with bean bags and neon lights. It’s just a plain room with some sturdy tables and chairs where we meet to talk about our consulting work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from people, listening to what they need. Jayanagar has a certain pace to it that we’ve grown to appreciate. It’s not as frantic as the tech corridors. We usually start our day with a bit of conversation before diving into the files. Sometimes we get a bit bogged down in the paperwork, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone trying to sell a vision. We’re just a small group of consultants who know our stuff and want to help people out. Most of us have been in this field for a while, so we don't feel the need to be flashy. We just do the work, have our tea breaks, and enjoy the fact that we get to work in such a pleasant part of the city every day. It’s a good way to earn a living.
