Carriera Consulting Private Limited

Our office, Carriera Consulting Private Limited, is tucked away in Sri Sai Gardens in Anandapuram. We’re on the 1st Main in M Nagar, which is part of the larger Bangalore area. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so it’s mostly quiet except for the occasional delivery bike or neighbors talking. We do consulting work here, mostly focusing on careers and helping people figure out their next steps in the professional world. The office is basically just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We aren't big on digital everything; sometimes writing things down on paper just makes more sense. The light in the office is actually pretty good in the mornings, which makes it a nice place to start the day. We’ve had to reorganize the furniture a few times to make everything fit, but we finally got it right. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a place where work actually happens. Sometimes we have tea breaks out on the balcony when the weather is nice. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass building. We just want a functional space where we can talk to people and get things sorted. It’s a bit of a drive to get here from the city center, but the lack of noise makes it worth it. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn't much more to it than that.
