Carrer-Graph is located right here in Bangalore. We’ve been operating out of this city for a good while now, and it’s a hectic place to be most of the time. Working in Bangalore means dealing with the constant energy of the streets. There’s always noise from outside, whether it’s honking or people shouting, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our setup is pretty simple and functional. We have the usual office gear like laptops, some notebooks, and a lot of pens that seem to go missing all the time. The team is just a bunch of regular folks trying to help people figure out their next steps. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels good to stay busy throughout the week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get anywhere, so we just hunker down and work through it in the office. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform waiting at the door. If you find us, you’ll probably see us with coffee mugs in hand, leaning over a desk. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't bother with corporate slogans or big speeches. We just show up, do the tasks on the list, and try to make progress before the sun goes down and the traffic gets really bad again. We are just a local group trying to do our best.
