Carl Zeiss India (Bangalore) Pvt Ltd

Our office is located at No. 22 on Kensington Road, right in the Ulsoor area of Bangalore. Being near the lake is nice, though the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare during peak hours. Carl Zeiss India is a private firm, and we handle a lot of lenses and expensive gear here. The building is a bit more modern than some others in the area, but inside it is still just a bunch of people working hard. We have rooms filled with optics and scientific instruments that need to be handled carefully. It is a lot of quiet work, looking through eyepieces or checking things on a screen. We don't have a flashy entrance with a fountain or anything. It is a working environment, not a show. We usually walk out to one of the local spots for coffee in the afternoon to get away from the computers for a bit. The staff here knows their stuff, but we don't go around bragging. We just focus on the technology we are responsible for. Some days are long, especially when we have a big shipment arriving or leaving. The atmosphere is a mix of complex gear and the normal everyday vibes of a Bangalore office. It is a decent place to spend the day, and we try to keep things organized without making a big deal out of it all the time. Most of us have been here for several years now.
