Careerwindow Placement Consultancy is based out of a flat in Chinnu Paradise. We are up on the second floor, flat 202, in the Doddenakundi Village area. It is a bit of a residential feel around here, which we do not mind. We handle a lot of placement work, helping people find their next job. The office is often full of folders and printed resumes piled up on desks. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to candidates and companies. Being in Bangalore-37, specifically Kmr Puram, we get a lot of local people coming in. It is just a few of us working here. We do not have a big corporate HR department; we are the department. We try to listen to what people are looking for and see if we have anything that fits. Sometimes it is a long shot, but we try anyway. The traffic near Doddenakundi can be a real headache, so we appreciate it when people make the trip to see us. It is a small, straightforward consultancy. We aren't trying to be the biggest in the city, just trying to do right by the people who come to us for help. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just keep plugging away at the daily tasks and hoping for the best.
