Our consultancy is tucked away at 39, 20th A Main in Venkateshwara Layout. This is part of BTM 1st Stage in Bangalore, postcode 560068. We are located right on the 12th Cross. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a big office park. The building is easy to find if you follow the turns from the main road. Inside, we have a few desks where we talk to people about their jobs and careers. It’s often a bit cluttered with resumes and notebooks, but we know where everything is. We’ve been helping people find work from this office for a long time. There is a small waiting area with some old magazines and a water cooler. The staff here is just a few local people who know the Bangalore job market well. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help them out. The 20th A Main road can get some traffic during peak hours, but usually, it’s a pretty decent place to work. There are a few trees outside our window that give some shade during the hot afternoons. We like the quiet vibe of Venkateshwara Layout. It keeps us grounded while we work through the daily pile of applications and phone calls that come through.
