We are located at 250, 6th Cross in Indiranagar, right here in Bangalore. This part of town is always buzzing, and our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with technology and recruitment, mostly helping companies find the right people for their teams. It's a lot of phone calls and sitting in front of screens all day. Our space isn't anything too special, just a regular office where we try to stay organized. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We've been in Indiranagar for a while and have seen the shops and cafes around us change constantly. We just keep doing our thing, matching people with jobs that fit them. It's not always a perfect process, but we try our best to keep things moving. The team here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless we really have to. Most of the time, it's just us in jeans trying to figure out which candidate goes where. It's busy, and the 6th Cross can get crowded with cars, but we like being where the action is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that actually listens when people talk about what kind of work they want. It keeps things interesting for us every single day and we really enjoy the challenge of finding people good spots to work.
