Career Window Consultancy is where we work. We are in Bangalore, specifically at 44, 1st Floor, on the 3rd Cross. It is just a regular office space in a busy part of the city. People come here when they are looking for a change in their jobs. We sit at our desks and look through papers all day. The 3rd Cross area can get a bit loud with traffic, but we are used to it by now. Being on the first floor helps a bit with the noise. We started this place because we knew people needed help navigating their careers in a place like Bangalore. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us here. We keep it simple. There are files everywhere and we drink a lot of tea while we talk to candidates. If you walk up to the first floor, you will see our door. The address is pretty easy to find if you know the Karnataka 560095 area. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. It is just a practical space where work gets done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you are coming up. We spend most of our mornings making calls and the afternoons meeting people who stop by. That is basically what happens here at Career Window Consultancy every day. We are just local people trying to help other local people find where they fit in the world.
