We've been here in Gayathri Nagar for a while now. The office is over on 5th Cross, just off the 1st Main in C Block. It’s a quiet enough spot near Babu Sait’s place. Mostly, we just spend our days looking at resumes and trying to figure out where people fit best. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us sitting at desks making calls and sending emails. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get things done eventually. People come by looking for work, and we try to see what's available in the city. Bangalore is busy, so there’s always something happening. We aren't fancy. There’s no big glass front or anything like that. Just a regular room with some computers and chairs. If you’re walking down the lane, you might miss it if you aren't looking for the 3282 number. We deal with all sorts of job seekers. Some are fresh out of college and others have been working for years. It’s a bit of a juggle. We don't have a coffee machine or a waiting lounge, usually just a plastic chair if someone needs to sit. We focus on the paperwork and the phone calls. It’s just how we run things here in the neighborhood. We know the area well and like being tucked away in this part of town. It feels more like home than a cold office.
