Our place is located at Noor Manzil, number 69. It’s on the 7th Cross, 1st Main in Vasanthnagar. Being in Bangalore, especially in a spot like Vasanthnagar, means things are always moving fast. We are right in the middle of it. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. We mostly spend our time talking to people about their careers and where they want to go next. There are usually a lot of files lying around and the printer is almost always running. Actually, it jammed twice this morning. It gets a bit dusty because we keep the windows open for some air. You can hear the bikes and cars outside all day long. Sometimes students come in looking for advice or classes. We have a few small rooms for meetings or interviews. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some mismatched chairs and the water cooler is a bit finicky. We all take turns bringing in snacks to share. Most of the people working here have been in the recruitment or training field for a long time. We know the local area well. There are some good places to get lunch nearby, which is a plus. It’s just a busy, small office trying to keep up with all the applications and inquiries that come in every morning. We don't have any fancy signs, just the one on the door so people can find us. It’s a lot of work but we stay on top of it as much as we can.
