Career Icon is based out of E-318 in Sena Vihar, which is in the Kammanahalli area of Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy Kammanahalli can get these days. It has changed a lot over the years, but our little spot in Sena Vihar stays relatively tucked away from the main chaos. We like being here because it feels like a real community. Most of us have been working from this office for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. The building is simple and doesn't have any of those modern glass walls you see in the tech parks. It’s more of a practical space where we can actually focus. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look to outsiders. We just focus on the work on our desks and making sure we get through the pile before the day ends. The traffic on the way in can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that’s just part of living in this city. We usually have the fans going and some coffee on the go. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use big words to describe ourselves because we are just people doing a job in a residential block. It’s comfortable and it works for us, which is all that really matters at the end of the day.
