The building itself is just a regular home that we’ve converted into an office space. We have desks in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It’s a bit of an unconventional setup, but it works perfectly for us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big sign out front. Most people find us because they already know where we are. Inside, it’s pretty casual. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. We just sit around and discuss what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks, or you can hear people talking on the street, but it’s generally peaceful. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea. We don't have a big corporate structure or lots of different departments. We’re just a small group of people working together in Sahakar Nagar. It’s a practical, low-key way to run a business. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest. This spot suits us just fine for now.
