Canara Caterers

We operate out of a space at number 22 on the Devi Nagar Main Road in Lottegahalli. It is right near the Hebbal Flyover and Sanjay Nagar, which is a busy part of Bangalore. We do not have a restaurant where you sit down, instead we focus on catering for events. Our days usually start very early in the morning when the vegetables arrive and we get the big pots going. We have been doing this for a long time now, mostly for weddings, housewarmings, and local functions around this area. It is hard work and the kitchen stays very busy. We have a small team of cooks and helpers who know their way around the recipes. Most of our time is spent packing up food and making sure it gets to the venue while it is still hot. The traffic near the flyover can be a real headache sometimes, so we have to plan our deliveries very carefully. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks, most people find out about us because they ate our food at a friend’s party. It is a straightforward business built on just doing the work every day. We stay in this neighborhood because it is central for getting to different parts of the city. It is just us, some big stoves, and a lot of cooking. We are always busy with something, either peeling or packing.
