Our office is down in Marathahalli, specifically at 14 Marathahalli 6th Cross, 9th Main in K P Agrahara. We’re on the ground floor of Krishna Towers, which makes it easy for people to just walk right in off the street. It’s a standard office setup—lots of desks, some computers, and stacks of files that never seem to get any smaller. We spend our days talking to people about their homes and the money they need to build or buy them. It’s a lot of going over figures and checking documents to make sure everything is in order. The area around Krishna Towers is usually pretty busy with traffic and people going about their business. We aren't one of those high-rise banks with marble floors; we’re just a grounded place where the work happens. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when the phones are all ringing at once, but we just put our heads down and get through it. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, so we see a lot of the same faces coming back. It’s a serious job because it involves people’s houses, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed and straightforward. We just show up every morning, handle the paperwork, and help folks figure out their home financing one step at a time. There's always someone coming in with a question about a document or a signature, and we just sit down and go through it with them.
