Our office is located right on the first floor of the building at 116/3 Sahakara Nagar. You have to come off Devidas Lane onto Laxmi Narayan Road to find us. It is a decent spot, though finding parking right in front can sometimes be a bit of a gamble depending on the time of day. At Can Fin Homes Ltd, we spend a lot of our time looking at papers and talking to people about their house plans. The stairs up to the first floor are not too bad, but we see plenty of people huffing a bit when they get to the top. The office itself is mostly just desks and chairs and filing cabinets full of folders. It is a professional enough space, but we keep it relaxed. We know everyone who works in the nearby shops around Sahakara Nagar. Most of our days are filled with the sound of computers clicking and the phone ringing every few minutes. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. The light comes in pretty well through the windows in the afternoon. It is just a regular workplace where we try to get the jobs done correctly. People come in with all sorts of questions about housing, and we sit down and go through the details one by one. It is a lot of reading and checking numbers, but that is what we do here. It gets the job done.
