You can find us over at Palace Road, specifically at 19/5 and 19/6. The building is called Kareem Towers and it’s right on Rokadia Lane. We are up on the 1st Floor. If you’re familiar with the area, you might know the Cafe Coffee Day that’s right below us. Having a cafe downstairs is quite handy when we need a quick break or a change of scenery. The office itself at Can Fin Homes Ltd is a busy spot. Even though we’re on the first floor, we can still hear the street noise from Palace Road. It’s a very central location, which makes it easier for people to reach us, though parking around here is always a bit of a puzzle. We have a lot of files and desks squeezed into the space. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom; it’s a place where people are actually working. We’ve got the usual office hum going on—phones ringing, papers being shuffled, and the sound of the AC. It’s been our base for a good while. The lane itself is tucked away just enough to feel a bit separate from the main road traffic. We usually stay quite late getting through the paperwork. It’s just the way things are in this industry. We don’t have much time for fluff, just the daily grind in a very familiar part of town. Sometimes the smell of roasting coffee beans from downstairs drifts up into our office, which is a nice perk.
