Out here at 48/4 Ulsoor, we’ve got our furniture shop. It’s a place that smells like sawdust and varnish most of the time. We don't have one of those massive, polished showrooms you see in the malls. Instead, it’s a bit crowded with chairs, tables, and bed frames tucked into every available space. You might have to squeeze past a wardrobe to see a dining set, but that’s just how we keep things. We spend our days helping people figure out what will actually fit in their homes. It’s a lot of measuring and moving heavy pieces around so people can get a good look. Ulsoor is a great neighborhood, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from the work happening in the back, and we might not always have the lights on in the corners, but we know where everything is. We aren't fancy people; we just understand how furniture is put together and what makes a piece sturdy. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us with a tape measure in hand or moving a sofa to the front. It’s a simple business, focused on wood and fabric and making things that last for a long time. It's a bit of a squeeze when a new shipment comes in, and we're all hands on deck trying to find a spot for everything.
