Calvino Event Management Services

We are based over on Tardeo Road 6, in the Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar area. It is a central part of the city and it keeps us right in the thick of things. Calvino Event Management Services is a small team and we spend most of our time out on sites rather than sitting in the office. We handle the practical side of events, like getting the right people, finding the equipment, and making sure the venue is ready. Our office is more of a storage space and a place to handle the accounts. Tardeo is a busy place and it can be a bit of a scramble getting things delivered on time with the city traffic. We do not pretend to be some high-end luxury firm; we just do the work that needs to be done. We have handled everything from small family functions to bigger corporate gatherings, but the approach is always the same. We look at what is needed and try to find a way to make it happen. There are always surprises in this job, like a supplier running late or a change in the weather, so we have learned to be quick on our feet. We have been working from this Tardeo Road location for a while now and know the local vendors well. It is a lot of long hours and physical work but it is what we do. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized for our clients without making things complicated.
