You can find us over at 39 Kalasipalyam on S V Road. It’s a loud, dusty part of town but it’s where all the action is for transport. We spend most of our time staring at clipboards and talking to drivers who’ve been on the road for days. There’s always a truck being loaded or unloaded nearby. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. Transport is a messy business with plenty of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. We deal with goods going all over, and sometimes things get delayed because of a breakdown or a closed road somewhere far away. That’s just the nature of the work we do here. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and old chairs, but we aren't really here to sit around. We are usually out by the vehicles checking the loads. S V Road is always crowded, so getting the big trucks in and out takes a bit of skill and a lot of patience. We don't use any fancy tracking gadgets or anything, just our notebooks and years of knowing how the routes work. It’s a lot of long hours and drinking tea while waiting for the next arrival. We just keep the wheels moving as best as we can without making things too complicated.
