C D Port

C D Port is right in the middle of Basaveshwara Nagar Mini Bazar 24. It’s a small shop, like most of the others in this bazaar. Space is tight, so we have to use every inch of the walls to hold our stock. During the day, the noise from the market is everywhere. You hear people bargaining, scooters honking, and the general clamor of the city. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There’s a certain way you have to navigate the aisles here so you don't bump into anything. We spend a lot of time just rearranging things to make more room. It’s not a fancy shopping mall experience. It’s a real market shop where things are a bit cluttered and the lighting is just okay. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here, and we often share news over a quick cup of tea. People come to us because they know where we are and what we have. We don't bother with fancy displays or big slogans. We just sit behind the counter, help the customers who walk in, and keep an eye on the inventory. It’s a simple life in a busy place. By the time we pull the shutter down at night, our feet are usually pretty tired, but it’s good work. We just show up and do our part in the bazaar.
