C B Beef Stall

C B Beef Stall is our place. We are over in Jolly Mohalla. If you go to the Ashirwad Estate, we are at number 37. It’s a busy market area. There’s always noise and people shouting and trucks moving. We get here very early, way before most people are even awake in the city. The shop is simple. We have the counters and the tools we need for the work. It’s been this way for a long time now. Jolly Mohalla is a tight-knit place. Everyone knows everyone else's business around here. We have our regulars who come every week without fail. They don’t even have to say what they want most of the time. The floor is stone and we wash it down all the time to keep it clean. It stays surprisingly cool inside even when it's very hot out. We don’t have air conditioning or anything fancy like that. Just the ceiling fans. Number 37 in the Ashirwad Estate is home for us. We spend more time here than at our actual houses. It’s not a big fancy storefront. Just a place to work. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to talk for a minute or two. We like being part of the neighborhood. It’s practical work. We don’t use any fancy machines. Everything is done by hand mostly. It’s how we learned the trade. We keep the stall open as long as there’s stuff to sell to people and then we close.
