Our office for Bunker Productions Pvt Ltd is sitting on the ground floor at 17 Jeevan Bhima Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of Bharti Nagar, mostly because we are right near Kendra Vidyalaya. You can hear the school bells and the kids shouting during their breaks, which definitely keeps things from getting too quiet around here. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don’t have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs when we’re moving equipment or just coming in for the morning. The space isn’t very large, but it fits everything we need to get the production work done. We’ve got cables running along the floor and some old chairs that aren't the most comfortable but they do the job for now. Sometimes the street gets blocked by parents picking up their kids from the school, so we’ve learned to plan our arrivals and departures around those times. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels a bit more personal than being in a massive industrial park. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers who see us coming and going every day. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the city life outside quite clearly. It’s a practical workspace, nothing more and nothing less. We just show up, do the work, and head home like anyone else in this neighborhood.
