Bs Talents Solution

Our little setup for Bs Talents Solution is located in Bangalore, specifically in Deepanjali Nagara. We are operating out of S N Narayanaswami’s place, which is right behind the depot. If you are coming from West of Chord Road, it’s not hard to find if you know the local landmarks. The area is usually quite busy with the buses going in and out of the depot nearby. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel office building. It’s more of a local house converted into a workspace. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone about different job openings. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few computers and some files stacked up. It’s mostly just us trying to help people find work and companies find staff. There isn't any corporate jargon here. We just sit down and get to it. Sometimes we have tea on the porch when it's not too hot outside. Being tucked away behind the depot makes it feel a bit more private than being right on the main road. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular small business trying to do things right in Bangalore.
