British Instruments And Systems

We are over at No.189 on the 3rd Cross in the Byapanahally Extension. It’s just off Old Madras Road. British Instruments And Systems is the name on the door, though we are just a local bunch of guys. We work with various measuring tools and electronic systems. The office is in a residential-feeling area but it’s mostly small businesses like ours now. We have shelves full of boxes and old equipment that we keep for parts. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. We’ve been at this location for years, so we know the local tea stall owner and the guys at the corner shop pretty well. Traffic on Old Madras Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up our deliveries before the rush hits. Our work is mostly technical, checking calibrations and making sure things read correctly. It’s quiet work for the most part. We don't have any fancy brochures or a salesperson. If someone needs an instrument looked at, they just bring it by. We sit around the small table in the back for our meetings, which are mostly just us talking about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a simple setup and we like keeping it that way. There is always something new to figure out with the older instruments people bring in for us.
