Brik Oven

Brik Oven is located at No.19 on Brigade Road in Bangalore, zip code 560001. We are situated near the Brigade Garden. It is a very crowded part of the city, but that is just how it is on Brigade Road. We spend most of our time standing near the oven, which gets quite hot, especially during the summer months. The shop itself is not very big, so things can feel a bit tight when we have a lot of people in for lunch or dinner. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers in suits. It is just a few of us who show up every day to make food and serve it to whoever comes in. We spend our mornings prepping the dough and chopping up all the ingredients. Brigade Road is always full of people shopping and shouting, and we have become just another part of that scene. We don't use any marketing words to talk about our food. It is just what we cook in the oven. We spend our evenings cleaning the tables and mopping the floor so we can start again the next day. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking or us running out of a certain topping, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the most polished shop on the street. We are just a small business making food for the local crowd.
