Bright Care

Our shop, Bright Care, is located in Malleshwaram at the Char Rasta. The specific address is 25/1. It’s a good spot because we are right near the crossroads where everything happens. Malleshwaram is an old part of the city with a lot of character, and we like being part of that history. The building we are in at 25/1 has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We spend most of our hours here looking at electronics and trying to figure out why they stopped working. It can be frustrating when a problem isn't obvious, but that is just the nature of the job. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy signs. Most people find us because they were walking past the Char Rasta and saw the name. We keep the place fairly simple inside. There are chairs for people to sit while they wait, though they aren't the most comfortable things in the world. We’ve had customers who have been coming to us for years, ever since we first opened this little spot. It’s nice to have that kind of connection with the locals. We don't pretend to be some big service center with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, doing the repairs and handling the customers one by one. If you need something looked at, we’re usually around from the morning until the shops nearby start closing up.
