Brickwork India is tucked away in Shastri Nagar. We are on the 10th Cross near T.R. Post. It's a residential sort of area, which is nice because it isn't as loud as the main roads. We started out small and stayed that way for a long time. Our office is number 404. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know us by word of mouth. The office inside is practical. We have chairs that have seen better days but they are comfortable enough for a full day's work. Bangalore weather is usually okay, but we still have that one corner that gets way too much sun. Everyone avoids that desk in the afternoon. We drink a lot of coffee here. It keeps us moving. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping up with the tasks at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several things happen at once. But we manage. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We know each other's names and what we did over the weekend. That's the way we like it. The 10th Cross has some nice trees. It’s a decent place to work. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home to our families. Simple as that. No big marketing team here, just us.
