Brain Tree Hr Consulting Pvt Ltd. is over at Rammurthy Nagar in Bangalore. We are specifically located in the Ittina Apartment complex, T14, and the space is handled through Naveen Dsouza. It’s basically a home office setup where Ruby helps run the day-to-day things. We spend most of our time helping people find jobs and helping companies find staff, but it’s not a big corporate operation. We have a few desks pushed together and some filing cabinets that are starting to overflow with various papers and resumes. It’s not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know where everything is. The traffic on the main road outside can be a real nightmare, but once you get inside the apartment gates, it’s actually quite quiet. We don’t have a big sign or anything fancy, just a small space where we get the work done. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through emails to see who is available.
