We operate out of Flat B1 in the SV Paradise building, which is located on 2nd Main in Bangalore. It is a bit of a mix here, handling both BPO tasks and some hospitality work, which keeps the days from getting boring. The area is typical for this part of Karnataka, with a lot of movement and noise throughout the day. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve packed in everything we need to keep the phones answered and the bookings managed. There is usually someone here at odd hours because of the nature of the work, so the lights are rarely all off. We have a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time drinking tea and talking about the weekend. It is a bit crowded with all the files and computers, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is okay, though the 2nd Main road gets pretty clogged with bikes during rush hour. We don't have a big fancy sign out front or a lobby with a guard. It’s just us in a flat doing our jobs as best as we can. Dealing with people is what we do all day, whether it’s on the phone or helping with guest arrangements. It can be a lot of pressure sometimes, but we have a good rhythm. We just try to stay organized and keep the clients happy without making things more complicated than they need to be.
