Bosch Ltd

Bosch Ltd has this place over at Adugodi on Hosur Road, inside the Pa-At Complex. If you have ever driven down Hosur Road, you know how the traffic can get. It is a massive area and we have been here for a very long time. Thousands of people come through these gates every day. It feels like its own little town inside the complex. We are mostly focused on technical stuff and parts. There are a lot of different buildings and sections, so it can be easy to get turned around if you are not used to it. The canteen is always packed at lunch. It is a very busy environment with people constantly moving between offices and workshops. We wear our uniforms and just get on with the tasks assigned for the shift. It is not like a small shop where everyone knows everyone, but you get to know the people in your own area pretty well. The noise from the road is always there in the background. We have seen the whole Adugodi area change so much over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere. But this complex stays much the same. We just come in, do our hours on the production lines or at the desks, and then fight the traffic to get home. It is a solid place to work and it keeps us occupied.
