Boraiah Mahesh Kumar operates out of No-1537 in Sunkadakatte. We are right on the 60 Feet Road within the D Group Layout. The building is called Chiranth Nilaya. It’s in the Srigandakaval area, which has seen a lot of growth lately. We are very close to the last bus stop, so that’s usually how we tell people to find us. If you see the buses turning around, you know you are almost at our door. The office itself is pretty basic. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look. We just want a functional space where we can focus. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the vehicles on the 60 Feet Road, but we’ve gotten used to it. We have a few desks and some basic equipment. It’s a no-frills kind of place. Most of our neighbors are also small businesses or families. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the shops around us change hands a few times. We stay pretty consistent, though. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. There isn't any fancy marketing or big signs outside. Just a small nameplate so people know they are in the right place. We appreciate the people who stop by. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Sunkadakatte feels like home to us now.
