Our kitchen is set up over at No.507 on Bannerghatta Road, right in the Arakere area. It’s tucked into the first main road of Vysya Bank Colony. If you know the area, you know how busy that main road gets at almost any hour of the day. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time, focusing on getting food out for different events and gatherings. It’s not a big storefront where people sit down to eat, it’s more about the work happening in the back. The neighborhood around here is mostly residential, so we see the same faces walking by the gate every morning. Being near the bank colony means it’s a bit quieter once you turn off the main Bannerghatta stretch, which helps when we are loading up the vans. We started small and just stayed in this same building because it works for what we need. There’s always stuff being delivered or picked up, so the front area stays pretty active. It’s a practical setup, nothing too shiny or new, just a place where we do our cooking and packing. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes things a bit slow, but we’ve learned how to time our departures. It’s just us doing our thing in Arakere, keeping the stoves going and making sure the orders are ready when people expect them. No big corporate story, just a local catering crew working out of a familiar street where everyone knows everyone else.
