Bombay Post Restaurant

You can find us on the ground floor of Carlton Towers. That’s over on Airport Road. It’s a big building, so we are easy to spot once you get into the complex. We’ve been here for several years now. The restaurant has a lot of seating, but it can still fill up fast during the evening hours. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a place to eat some food and sit for a bit with your friends or family. The staff are regular people who have worked here for a long time. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate goals. We just want to make sure people get their orders on time and the food is hot. The kitchen is always busy, especially on Friday nights when everyone is out. Airport Road is always crowded with traffic, so we get a lot of people stopping in on their way somewhere else. We just focus on the daily tasks like cleaning the floors, washing the dishes, and prepping the ingredients for the next shift. It’s a lot of work but it's what we know how to do. We don't use fancy words to describe the business. We just cook and serve. That’s the long and short of it for us. We just keep the doors open and do our best every time we come into work.
