Bombay Caterers

We are based out of a small office and kitchen at 15 Dispensary Road, right next to the Asra Nursing Home in Kalasipalyam. It is a crowded area of Bangalore, but that is where the heart of the city is. We handle catering for all sorts of things, from small family gatherings to larger events. Most of our work happens behind the scenes, prepping ingredients and loading up the vans. We do not have a big storefront to show off. Usually, people find us because they saw our food at someone else's party or their neighbor told them about us. We have been doing this for a long time, so we know the local markets well and where to get the supplies each morning. The kitchen gets very hot and noisy when we have several orders going at once. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just us and a few helpers who know how to cook in large quantities. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with the traffic in Kalasipalyam, but we always try to get the food delivered on time. It is a humble operation, run out of this old building on Dispensary Road. We just take one job at a time and try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. We are just local people making food for other local people.
