Blv Hr Consultancy. We’re over in Indiranagar, Bangalore. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is headed out. Our office isn't too hard to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Some days are slower than others, and we might just sit around drinking tea and catching up on paperwork. We don't have a giant HR team, just a few of us who’ve been doing this for a while. Indiranagar has changed so much, with all the new shops and cafes popping up, but we’ve kept our little spot pretty much the same. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a regular workplace where we try to help folks find jobs and companies find workers. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s dead silent. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. We just talk to people and see if they fit the roles we have. It’s straightforward work. Blv Hr Consultancy is just a small part of this busy city. We like being in this part of Bangalore because everything is close by, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare during the day. We’re just here doing the daily grind like everyone else in the area, keeping things as simple as we can.
