Blue Mask Production House

We are over in Cox Town at Maria Manor, number 2. It’s on Thambuchetty Road here in Bangalore. The building has a bit of character to it, not like those new glass towers you see everywhere else. We do production work, which involves a lot of sitting in front of monitors and looking at footage until our eyes get tired. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is good when we are trying to get things done. The rooms are filled with hard drives, cameras, and some old chairs that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. People just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the manor. Bangalore weather is usually okay, but the rain can make the commute to Thambuchetty Road a bit of a drag. We spend our days cutting clips together or figuring out how to make a shot look a bit better. It’s just a small group of us here. We drink a lot of tea and talk about movies or whatever project is on the desk that week. There’s no big sign out front, just our little space in Maria Manor where we get the work done. It’s a bit messy, and there’s always a stray cable to trip over, but it’s where we do our thing and manage the production side.
