Blue Ginger (The Taj West End Hotel)

You can find us over at The Taj West End Hotel on Race Course Road. It is quite a famous old spot in Bangalore, right across from the Turf Club. Being on No 55 makes it easy for people to drop in after the races or if they are staying at the hotel for business. The gardens around here are nice and green, which is a change from the usual city noise. We spend a lot of time just making sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. It gets busy on weekends especially when there is something going on at the club. The traffic on Race Course Road can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that is just Bangalore for you. We have been part of the hotel scene here for some time. Our day usually starts pretty early to get things sorted. Most of the people who come in are looking for a quiet meal or a place to sit away from the main road. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It is a nice enough place to work, honestly. The trees outside help keep things a bit cooler during the summer months. It is just a regular day-to-day operation for us here at Blue Ginger. We see a lot of different faces, from travelers to locals.
