Blu Horse Steel & Cement

Our place is at 65/1 on the Electronic City Andheri Kurla Road. It’s right near Kammasandra Cross, which is a busy spot to be. We deal with steel and cement mostly. Blu Horse Steel & Cement isn't some huge corporation. It's a yard where trucks come in and out all day. Dealing with construction materials means we spend a lot of time checking bags and counting rods. The dust from the cement gets everywhere, especially when the wind picks up near the cross. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where we keep the records. It's mostly contractors and builders who stop by. We know the roads around here get backed up, so we try to get deliveries loaded as fast as we can. Sometimes the weather makes it tough because you can’t have cement getting wet. We cover everything up with heavy tarps when clouds look grey. It is heavy work. Lifting bags isn't for everyone. We have a few guys who have been with us since we opened. We don't do fancy advertising. Most people find us because they saw our trucks or live nearby. It's just a regular yard doing regular business. We focus on getting the materials out to the sites without too much fuss. If you are near Kammasandra, you’ve probably seen the Blu Horse sign.
