Blossom Flavours

Blossom Flavours is located at 29/2 in Jalahalli. We are based inside the old Bombay Talkies Compound. It is an interesting place to work because the compound has quite a bit of history to it. You can see the old structures as you walk in. Our unit is where we work with different flavorings. Sometimes you can smell a hint of vanilla or fruit in the air near our door. It is not a high-tech laboratory, just a clean and functional space where we do our mixing and packaging. We have shelves filled with glass jars and plastic containers. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but we have lamps over the workbenches. We are a small team and we all know our roles. The yard outside is often filled with delivery vans or people moving boxes. It’s a bit of a maze getting back to our section if you haven't been here before. We have a small table where we sit and have our tea breaks. The windows look out onto the trees that grow around the compound. It is relatively quiet here compared to the main roads of Jalahalli. We just focus on getting our orders out on time. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the constant movement of goods. We like being in this old compound because it has a lot of character and it suits our simple way of working.
