We’re located in Rajajinagar 1st Block, specifically on 20th Main, West of Chord Road. There’s a Cafe Coffee Day right next to us, which is where we usually grab a drink when things get stressful. The office is at No. 415. It’s a busy area of Bangalore, so finding parking can be a real pain some days. We do a lot of event stuff, which means there’s always boxes of equipment coming in and out. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us are in jeans just trying to get through the to-do list. Bangalore is a big city, but Rajajinagar still feels like a proper neighborhood to us. We handle a lot of different types of entertainment work at Black Pearl Events And Entertainment India. Sometimes it’s a small party, other times it’s something bigger. Our office isn't very large, so it gets messy quickly with all the cables and props lying around. We try to stay organized, but it’s a constant battle. We just like doing what we do and staying busy. If you’re in the area, you’ll probably see us hauling gear to the van. It’s just the way it goes here. There is always someone coming in to ask about speakers or lighting. We don't use big presentations to explain things. We just talk through what needs to be done. The traffic on Chord Road is loud, but we’re used to it.
