Our office is located at 11 Rano Jirao Road in Basavanagudi. This is one of those classic parts of Bangalore where things move a bit slower, and we like it that way. Bizmentors Pvt Ltd Bangalore isn’t a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small team working out of an older building that has a lot of character. The floors are stone, and the windows are large, letting in a lot of light during the day. We spend our time helping folks figure out the nuts and bolts of their business operations. Whether it's sorting out a budget or planning for the next few months, we just sit down and get to it. We don't have a uniform or a strict corporate culture. Sometimes we are wearing sandals and just drinking filter coffee while we work. Rano Jirao Road is a nice street, and we know many of the shopkeepers nearby. It feels like a community here. We start our day early before the traffic gets too bad. The office is often filled with the sound of local buses passing by and the general hum of the city. We have a few cupboards full of records and a couple of computers that stay on most of the night. It’s a practical, honest place to work. We don't promise anything grand, we just show up and do the work that is needed for our clients.
