If you know the Vijaynagar area in Bangalore, you probably know where the Telecom Layout is. We’re located at number 86 on the 3rd Cross, near the pipeline road. Biz Truss Integrated Services is basically our small team working out of this spot. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood, so there’s always a bit of traffic and the sound of bikes passing by. We do a variety of service-related work, which keeps us on our toes. There isn't really a "typical" day here because something different always pops up. One day we’re sorting out administrative tasks and the next we’re helping a client with a specific project. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just come in, have some coffee, and start going through our list of things to do. The office is a bit crowded with files sometimes, but we know where everything is. Being in Vijaynagar means we have plenty of good places to grab a quick snack nearby, which helps when things get stressful. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to do our work well and keep our heads down. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure we haven't missed any details. We’ve been here in this layout for a while now and we like the vibe of the place. It feels like a real community where we can just focus on our daily business and help out.
