Bharath Tyre Works

We have been at 11 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar for a long time now. Bharath Tyre Works is just a simple place where we handle tyre stuff every single day. People usually come by when they have a puncture or need their wheels checked quickly. It is mostly dusty work and my hands are rarely ever clean by the time midday rolls around. We see all kinds of vehicles here, from those small scooters to the bigger cars that drive through the Tagore Nagar area. The shop itself is not fancy at all. There is a lot of old rubber lying around and some tools we have used for many years. Most of the time, it is just about getting someone back on the road so they are not late for their work. If the air compressor is acting up, things slow down a bit, but we usually manage to get it going. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons in this shop. We do not have a big waiting room or anything like that for people. Customers just stand around outside or go get a tea nearby while we finish up the job. It is a very basic setup. We know most of the regulars who live around this part of town. Sometimes someone stops by just to ask for directions or to check their tyre pressure before they go on a long trip. We do not spend money on big signs. The neighbors already know where we are.
