Bhagyalakshmi Road Carrier

We are located at 12 Sampangiram Nagar on the 7th main, right off Mission Road. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic coming through at all hours. Our office isn't much to look at, just a desk and some old chairs where we handle the paperwork for the trucks. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and making sure things are moving where they need to go. We deal with all sorts of loads, mostly heavy stuff that needs to go across different states. The road noise outside is constant, but you get used to it after a few years of working here. We don’t have fancy software or anything, just old-fashioned notebooks and a lot of phone calls to check where the vehicles are. Sometimes the weather makes things late, or there is a breakdown on the highway, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a lot of back and forth between us and the guys on the road. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now. People in the neighborhood know us as the place with the big trucks parked nearby. It is hard work and the hours are often long, but that is how transport goes. We just keep things moving day by day. There is always someone coming in or going out, and the phone never really stops ringing for long. It is a bit messy with all the receipts and logbooks, but we know where everything is.
